IPOH, July 7 — The carcass of a male tiger weighing 120kg, believed to have been hit by a car at Kilometre 314 of North-South Expressway northbound near Tapah yesterday, will be taken to the Biodiversity Institute of the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (Perhilitan) in Bukit Rengit, Pahang, for preservation.

IPOH, Feb 9 — The Wildlife and National Parks Department (Perhilitan) of Perak has confirmed receiving complaints of tiger attacks in Kampung Ulu Kuang, Chemor recently.

IPOH, Dec 16 — Perak Department of Wildlife and National Parks (Perhilitan) confirmed the presence of a Malayan tiger, which was found roaming around Kampung Orang Asli Tonggang up to the General Operations Force (GOF) Ulu Kinta Camp here, for the past two days.
